Customers Responsibilities 1. Provide mains power socket within 3 metres of product location. UPS Recommended. 2. Connection points for telephones, lines, radios, microphones, ISDN trunks to be available within 3 metre of the products location. (We can provide additional cabling and patch panels & leads at additional cost) 2. Provide network connection point RJ45 Socket within 3 meters of the products location (Only required if remote PC access is required on a network) 3. Provide a static IP address. (Only required if remote PC access is required on a network) 5. Customers Network / IT specialist to be on site to configure network settings 8. Administrator / Operators. Be available for training directly after installation completion allow 2 hours same day. Please ensure that these requirements are adhered to, this will ensure a predictable and successful installation to allow users to be speedily up and running.
